How do I use it?
Roll a small piece into a ball, then press onto a clean, dry tooth. Rubbing gently back and forth creates light traction to help it stick.
Many people prefer to apply Primal Puddy at night and leave it on until brushing the next morning. It can also be used under a mouthguard or Invisalign retainer.
Some mild sensation may occur after first use. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
Do you use nano HA?
No. Only 100% micro-hydroxyapatite is used, derived from fossilised coral.
Why don’t you use nano HA?
Micro-hydroxyapatite was chosen as it is effective and stays in a natural particle size. Nano HA is so small it requires an electron microscope to see, and some concerns exist about particles that tiny moving into areas of the body they shouldn’t. After testing both nano and micro HA, no extra benefit was found with nano, so the safer option felt best.
What exactly is this product?
Following on from the massive success of the original Remineralising Tooth Putty, Bliss Energetics created Primal Puddy as a new evolution in their range.
It combines bioavailable bovine hydroxyapatite from grass-fed New Zealand cattle with minerals such as bamboo salt, calcium carbonate, pearl, oyster shell, colostrum, and shilajit. These are blended into a nourishing base of grass-fed tallow, lanolin, and oils naturally containing fat-soluble vitamins.
The result is a sticky, mineral-dense putty designed as a topical application for teeth, handcrafted in small batches with organic and wildcrafted ingredients.
Do you test for contaminants?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on the brand’s product purity page. Testing is done on both raw ingredients and finished products.
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes, unless there is a specific allergy to an ingredient. Topical products use food- and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients in safe amounts. These products are generally avoided for babies not yet eating solid food.

Do your products have preservatives?
No. These products are made without chemical preservatives. Some herbs are included that naturally help discourage bacterial growth, but jars should be kept clean and water should never be introduced, as this can allow mould.
Do you have tips for getting the puddy to stick?
Some people warm it between their fingers to make it stickier before applying, while others keep it in the fridge for a firmer texture (useful for molars). Drying the teeth beforehand can also help. Everyone’s mouth is different, but most people quickly find a method that works for them.
How long does puddy need to stay on the teeth?
Many prefer to leave it on overnight, though even an hour can be helpful. Once it mixes with saliva, it may still help neutralise acidity and introduce minerals into the mouth.
Are your tooth/gum/mouth products safe to swallow?
Yes. All ingredients are food- or pharmaceutical-grade and safe to swallow in the small amounts typically used.
Where is the Hydroxyapatite sourced and its percentage?
Hydroxyapatite comes from fossilised coral from Japan (no living coral is harmed). Formulas contain 20% HA.
Are your products safe for breastfeeding/pregnant women?
Topical products are generally considered fine since only trace amounts would be ingested. Internal blends are best avoided unless cleared with a practitioner. Some prefer to begin with very small amounts to check for sensitivities.
